    Having the possibility to easily see via Google Chat who is on-call would be really cool Something similar too https://docs.ilert.com/chatops/slack/lookup-who-is-on-call I assume it would need be an app for Google Chat, and it needs to be installed in specific spaces.

  3. Global (accross teams) maintenance windows

    Users have the "Responder"-role, so they are not able to "break" an alert source or something. Unfortunately it is not possible then to add maintenance windows. Also, it should be possible to add "global" maintenance windows for alert sources from other teams, too. A simple example: The network team replaces a load balancer/switch, which means that servers on this team are not accessible. This would also affect the database team, for example, because they are using the same load balancer/switch/infrastructure for their databases too. The network team should therefore be able to create a corresponding "global" maintenance window in order to “silence” alarm sources from the database team (and all others)...

    Enabling markdown or HTML for statuspage entries would help to make the entries much more readable. We for example are announcing statuspage entries (maintenance) as follows: In order to continuously improve the quality of our services the following maintenance is scheduled: Start: 2025-04-02 18:00 UTC End: 2025-04-02 19:00 UTC Service impact: None / Service will be temporarily unavailable / Latency is expected to be higher Service improvement: We will do this and that to improve the quaility of your services.
